We conduct experiential workshops for young adults aged 18 to 26.

These workshops aim to provide an initial introduction to the job market, helping participants develop essential skills and understand workplace dynamics. Through practical activities based on real-world experiences, we empower young individuals to confidently and effectively tackle career challenges.

Let's first understand our current situation: ● One in three people today lives in poverty and is excluded from the job market. ● A significant portion of this group is young people. ● In Argentina, the unemployment rate for those under 24 years old is around 20%. ● Over one million young individuals are not in education or employment. In contrast, the tech industry annually has thousands of positions unfilled due to a lack of skilled professionals.
